Oh rubs

You are getting too big too fast.  6 months last week.

At your checkup you were in the 50% in height and weight, and 70% for head circumference.

I love how you sleep.

You watch Little Einstein's with Rockwell.

And you are a drool bug.

Look at your onesie. Everyday, all the time, it is like this.  I usually keep a bib on you but you go through them so fast I sometimes run out.  But its ok, look at how cute you are, with that little grin, I could (and do) kiss that face all day long, drool and all.

Best Friend Bumblebee

He sleeps with his bumblebee transformer all tucked in and everything.  For about five minutes we can hear bumblebee saying “bumblebee reporting for duty sir,” and his gun shooting. Then I go to check on him and everybody is sound asleep.  Love.

If there is one chore I’m not too fond of besides bath time it is cutting hair.  Don’t even get me started on how I hate cutting Rockwell and Perry’s.  But because I have to cut the boys hair every month it isn’t much of an event.  The girls once a year trim deserves a post.

I put cutting it off way too long and Eyla needed it bad.

silly things

This is my kids trying to make silly faces for the camera.  Look at Eylas hands and how hard she is flexing them and working for the face.

Rockwells newest face.  He does that when he is mad or trying to be funny.  To get the full effect you have to imagine the sound of him breathing really hard in and out of his nose really fast while he makes those lips.
And I love it because it reminds me of Eyla.

After painting up a dresser the kids helped me put the hardware back on and then the girls helped carry it upstairs singing “whats gonna work? team work!” all the way.

Curly sue, I love you!

Girls night out.

So anyone who knows me knows I’m not much of a “girls out night” type, I would much rather spend my evening at home with Perry.  BUT give me chance to take 2 of my favorite girls to the Tuacahn to watch Little Mermaid and I will go!  The only thing that could have completed the night would have been to be able to take our other favorite girl, Ruby, but kids under 2 can't go.

Here we are all dressed up and ready to go to our fancy girls night out.  They wanted to wear their high heels (their 1 inch pumps that great grandma gave them)  because it was a fancy dress up occasion.  Too bad it got a little nippy up in the canyon and their feet started getting cold, good thing we took a blanket.

I LOVE the Tuacahn Amphitheater.  It is so rad.  In the picture below you can kinda see the red rock set in the left side of the picture.  Everybody should get the opportunity to go to this place at least once in their life.  Not to mention the special effects with the water specifically for the Little Mermaid show was incredible.

Ask them their favorite parts they will say, when Ariel and the prince get married and at the end when Ursula is nice and sings with everyone  (haha the curtain call).  By the way hands downs she was my favorite part, but not when she was nice when she was evil, she was hilarious :):).
